There·U·Go ("we", "our", "the app") is a self-guided walking tour application. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

The app requests location access ("When In Use") to show your position on tour maps and provide walking directions. Location data is processed on-device. We do not track your location in the background.

Device Identifier

We generate a random device identifier stored locally to manage tour entitlements and preferences. This identifier is not linked to your Apple ID or personal identity.

Tour Progress & Preferences

Your starred tours, checklist state, and audio playback position are stored on your device. We may sync some preferences to our servers to enable features like cross-device access in the future.

Contact Information

If you contact us for support, provide feedback, or create an account, we may collect your email address or other information you voluntarily provide. This information is used only to respond to your request or manage your account.

Analytics & Diagnostics

We may collect anonymous usage data and crash reports to improve the app's performance and stability. This data does not identify you personally and may be processed by third-party analytics services.
